Terms of Service

Minderse, UAB operates selfaxes.com and the SelfAxes tests, reports and membership (together, the "service"). You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms apply whenever you use the service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

SelfAxes offers self-discovery tests. You answer a set of statements, we score your answers on a set of axes and show you a persona and an overview of your results. A paid membership unlocks the full results and your written report, plus any further tests we add to the membership.

The tests are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological or sexual-health assessments and they never diagnose anything. Read the Content Disclaimer before relying on any result.

You must be at least 18 years old to take a test or buy a membership. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Buying a membership creates an account tied to the email address you used at checkout. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login until you do.

You can delete your account at any time from your membership page. Deleting it removes your results and cancels any active membership.

Every price is shown before you pay, in the currency of your checkout, and the amount shown is the amount charged. The current plan is "7-Day Full Access": $1.95 today for a 7-day trial, then $29.95 every 4 weeks until you cancel. Euro and pound prices are shown at checkout for visitors paying in those currencies.

Renewals, cancellation and access after cancelling are described in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Solidgate. We never see or store your full card number.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or publish the tests, questions, scoring or reports;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the service or its payment flow;
• use the service to harass or profile another person, or take a test on their behalf without their knowledge;
• share your login so several people use one membership.

Your answers and results are yours. You give us permission to process them so we can show you your results, build your report and run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The tests, the scoring model, the persona descriptions, the reports, the design and the SelfAxes name and mark belong to us or our licensors. You may use your own report for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We work to keep the service available, but it may pause for maintenance or fail for reasons outside our control. We may change or retire features, tests and prices. A price change never applies to a renewal without notice sent to your email at least 14 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you take based on a result. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your membership as described in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where a paid period is unused because of our decision and you did not break the terms, we refund the unused part.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Minderse, UAB is registered, unless mandatory consumer protection law in the country where you live gives you more protection, in which case that law applies. Please contact us first if something goes wrong; most issues are solved within a couple of days. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. For material changes we email members before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
